Withdrawals

Withdrawal speed depends on two things: processing time by TIOmarkets and delivery time by the payment provider or your bank. Most frustrations happen when these two things are mixed together. This page explains the difference between both, clearly.

Available withdrawal methods

You can withdraw from your TIOmarkets account using supported local and international methods. Available methods may vary depending on your country.

* Fee is quoted in USD or currency equivalent. We cover all withdrawal charges if you withdraw more than the minimum amount. You may be charged processing fees of USD 25 if you have funded your account and have not traded or want to withdraw less than 50 USD.

** If you choose to withdraw to a currency that we don’t support, the payment processor will automatically convert it into the base currency of your account.

How withdrawals work

Step 1. We process your request

Estimated time: Typically a few hours, up to 1 business day

After you submit a withdrawal request, we review and process it within one business day. Once processing is complete, the withdrawal is sent through the relevant banking or payment network. Funds are always returned to the source as a refund of the initial deposit and any profits are sent via bank wire transfer, or any other available methods.

Step 2. Your bank or payment provider delivers the funds

Estimated time: Depends on method, typically instant and up to 5 business days

After we process the request, the time it takes to receive your funds depends on the payment method used and the banking system. Even when a method is described as instant, additional checks by banks or payment providers can cause delays. This is normal in financial services.

Important to know

In certain situations, fees may apply to withdrawals. This includes accounts with no trading activity or withdrawals below the minimum amount.

Full details are outlined below.

  • Bank wire transfers: USD 25 or currency equivalent
  • Debit/Credit card: 5%
  • E-wallet: 5%

Can I withdraw before verification?

No, your account must be fully verified before any withdrawals can be processed.

Withdrawals on weekends and public holidays

If you request a withdrawal outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays, it may be processed on the next business day.

Even after processing, your bank or payment provider may only process and credit your funds during normal banking hours, which can extend delivery times.

Can withdrawals be fast tracked?

We understand that sometimes funds are needed urgently.

However, we do not offer emergency or fast-track withdrawal processing. All withdrawal requests are processed by first in, first out and within normal business hours. This keeps withdrawals efficient, fair and predictable for all clients

If your deposit is delayed

To avoid delays with your withdrawals:

  • Complete your account verification before you need to withdraw
  • Submit withdrawal requests during business hours for faster processing
  • Avoid trading with funds you may need in the short term

How to check your withdrawal status

You can monitor your withdrawal request in your client area.

Common statuses:

  • Pending / submitted: request received and waiting for processing
  • Processed: completed on our end and sent through the payment network

If your withdrawal status is processed but you haven't received funds yet, it usually means the payment network or bank is still completing delivery.

If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected

Don't worry, delayed withdrawals are usually resolved automatically once the payment provider or your bank completes processing.

Before contacting support:

  • Check that your account is verified
  • Allow the typical estimated time to elapse for processing plus delivery
  • Contact your bank or financial institution to confirm receipt

If you still have not received your funds, we can provide you with proof of payment or a tracking number so your bank or payment provider can locate them.
